Every quarter, we expand our reach to international beer exhibitions, from the traditional craftsmanship of the Munich Beer Festival to the innovative flavours presented at Tokyo Craft Beer Shows. These exhibitions inspire our R&D team. Back in the laboratory, master craftsmen pass on their expertise through a mentor-apprentice approach, while younger team members introduce new methods such as big data analysis and consumer trend forecasting.
