At the beginning of this month, the Beerlink team was invited by its partner, the Nuremberg Exhibition Service Company, to travel to Europe to assess the craft beer market. As co-organisers of the Asian International Craft Beer Conference and Exhibition (CBCE), Beerlink exchanged views with Nuremberg Exhibition Service Company on a variety of topics and participated in this year's BrauBeviale (the European International Beer, Brewing Equipment and Beverage Equipment Technology Exhibition). Additionally, as a member of the China Light Industry Machinery Craft Beer Professional Committee, Beerlink joined the committee's inspection tour delegation to Germany.

A few days ago, the Beerlink team visited breweries and pubs in Germany with the China Light Industry Brewing Professional Committee's inspection team. As well as giving copies of Beerlink magazine to the breweries and pubs as gifts for international exchange, the Beerlink team gained an in-depth understanding of the current status of the equipment, raw materials and production processes used by some medium-sized and small breweries in Germany.

Although influenced by the Pure Beer Law, the variety of craft beer in Germany is not as extensive as in the United States. However, the German craft beer scene offers valuable lessons for the domestic industry: craft beer is not a concept that can be easily misrepresented. Instead, it requires consistent efforts in terms of quality and service.
