Fermented Fruit Beer
An American-style fruit beer. Brewed with generous additions of cranberry juice and lychee honey. Deep red in colour with a fine pink head, displaying a blend of berry, almond and honey aromas. On the palate, pronounced fruit acidity and pronounced gritty texture, with malt, fruit and honey sweetness harmoniously balanced. Finishes with a hint of sweetness, medium-to-full body and a subtle alcohol presence. Bronze Medal, 2019 Australian Beer Awards.
