Chinese Wheat Beer

Wheat beer is blended with buckwheat, a grain with Chinese characteristics. The beer has a cloudy, golden-yellow appearance. It emits a rich grain aroma along with a fresh fruity ester scent, and the grain flavor lingers long on the palate.

Belgian Wheat Beer

A hazy appearance with a fine, white foam. Pleasant sweet malt and grain notes with citrus fruit aromas. The finish is crisp, clean, and refreshingly dry.

German-style Dark lager

A dark German lager that blends roasted malt aromas with moderate hop bitterness. It has a coffee-like color, a richly layered taste, a full-bodied texture, a clean finish, and distinctive caramelized malt notes.

Original Wort Concentration

Traditional German-style lager beer, crafted with base malt and German hops, fermented using authentic German pure yeast strains. Features a classic hop aroma and a gentle hop bitterness.

Thiol Lager

Appearance: Straw with moderate haze. Aroma: Intense and typical notes of passionfruit, guava, and white grapes. Palate: Light malt sweetness initially, followed by a lingering tropical fruit finish. Characteristics: The hop profile combines with yeast fermentation to create a refreshing, easy-drinking profile. Hopping Profile: American and Australian hops are used in combination. Fermentation employs a thiol-producing yeast strain to amplify hop aromatics and enhance flavor stability.

Munich Dark Lager

It is deep reddish-brown in color, with a clear wine body and abundant foam. Five special malts are used, giving off rich malt aroma, moderate roasted malt burnt aroma and caramel aroma. It has a full mouthfeel when tasted; the nutty, coffee and distinct caramel flavors from roasted malt dominate. The finish has a soft hop bitterness, mixed with a faint malt burnt bitterness.
