Cider (sweet fruit beer)

A sweet sparkling fruit wine fermented entirely from apple juice. The wine displays a golden hue, clear and transparent. It offers an apple-like fruitiness and a rich, harmonious bouquet. On the palate, sweetness is accompanied by a subtle fruit acidity, creating a refreshing balance of sweet and sour with the crisp effervescence of a carbonated beverage.

Pomelo & Mango Gose Sour Wheat Beer

Product Highlights: Fermented with a blend of lactic acid bacteria and yeast, resulting in a mild and pleasant sourness; contains ≥25% mango pulp, offering a rich fruit flavor and smooth texture. Product Flavor Profile: Wheat Gose sour beer blended with imported mango pulp and red grapefruit juice. It has a cloudy appearance and a golden-orange color. Aromas of mango and coconut milk are prominent. The taste is sweet and sour, with a rich fruitiness and a subtle lactic acid flavor in the finish.

Stout

A dark stout beer, rich with nutty and caramel malt aromas complemented by fresh floral notes. It exhibits distinct layers, a clean body, and pronounced character.

Irish Stout beer

A dark Irish stout, rich with nutty and roasted malt aromas, cleanly fermented, with a light and refreshing body.

Pale Ale

It has a light golden appearance, a relatively dry body, and clean malt sweetness, with subtle notes of toasted bread and caramel. A large amount of hops were dry-hopped during the fermentation stage, presenting rich hop characteristics with flavors of citrus, berries and tropical fruits. The finish features a relatively mild hop bitterness that balances with the malt flavors. Overall, it is quite easy to drink.

IPA Blazing

Light amber in color, with a strong hop flavor, distinct hop aromas such as citrus and tropical fruit, a balance of bitterness and sweetness, and an overall dry finish. Awarded a silver medal at the 2016 Belgian Challenge.
