Fermented Beer
It has a cloudy, orange-yellow appearance with a rich, persistent head of fine, white foam. The aroma features intense hop notes, as well as aromas of malt, grain and fruity esters from fermentation, which are skilfully blended to deliver a distinct melon fragrance. It is medium-bodied with moderate bitterness and exceptionally easy to drink. The finish carries classic hop and wheat grain aromas. Winner of the 2018 Belgian Challenge Bronze Medal.
Appearance: The beer is a deep brown to dark black colour with a fine dark brown or tan head. Aroma: mild roasted malt, with typical chocolate or coffee notes and creamy sweetness. Taste: Medium-bodied and rich with a creamy, smooth texture. It has low to moderate carbonation and is slightly sweet on the palate, with a lingering bitterness that complements the sweetness.

American-style wheat beer, cloudy with a golden hue. Brewed with generous dry-hopping of American hops, its flavor profile is dominated by intense citrus and passionfruit hop aromas, complemented by fruity esters from wheat yeast fermentation.
A crisp, clean German Pilsner. Pilsner malt paired with German hops yields a golden-hued beer with a classic malt aroma and a slightly higher hop bitterness, resulting in a dry finish. The bitterness level can be adjusted.
It is made using imported European malt, American mango juice and a blend of imported French lactic acid bacteria and yeast for fermentation. The beer is light yellow in colour with fine foam and subtle acidity, offering a refreshingly fruity taste and a crisp, pleasant mouthfeel. It has a sweet and sour initial taste, with the gentle acidity from the lactic acid fermentation complementing the mango juice to create a full-bodied mango flavour.
